shipping

within Canada and the US, we offer two types of flat-rate shipping, untracked and standard (tracked). if you are looking to ship to a country outside of Canada and the US, please contact me!

once your order has been shipped, made by mieuon is not liable for any damage, package loss, or delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier for tracked or untracked shipping; responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.

for packages lost due to incorrect/incomplete mailing addresses: if we receive your lost package returned back in the mail, we will reach out to you via email regarding re-shipment.

returns + exchanges

due to the nature of small-batch handmade pieces, all sales are considered final, with no refunds or exchanges. 

repairs 

repairs are processed on a case-by-case basis, and depends on the nature of the damage and purchase date. a fee may be incurred to cover the costs of the repair, and  shipping costs for repairs will be additional. please contact me if you require a repair. 

local pickup

yes! free local pickup is at The Storehouse on Main Street in Vancouver, BC (4332 Main St) - you can select the 'pickup' option at checkout.

local pickup may also be available at our pop-up events - keep an eye out for pre-order announcements on instagram @madebymieuon! 

custom gift wrapping

feel free to leave a note at checkout indicating the item(s) you would like gift-wrapped as well as the name of the recipient, and optionally a short gift note message!

please note that we typically package multiple items together to reduce packaging waste; if you require your pieces to be packaged separately for gifting, please be sure to indicate this at checkout! if you have forgotten to leave a note, please contact me as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate your request.

processing times

as a one-woman business, my processing times vary depending on the season and volume of orders received. my current processing time is approximately 5-10 business days + shipping time. all made-to-order items are crafted after your order is placed, and may take an additional 7-10 days. feel free to contact me to inquire about a rush order and I will do my best to accommodate!
