Shipping

Within Canada and the US, we offer two types of flat-rate shipping, untracked and standard (tracked).

Canada + US:

- Untracked shipping is $5, and only offered for orders up to $49.99 in value.

- Standard shipping is $15, or free for orders over $110.

All values listed above are in CAD.

Within BC:

Standard: 4-12 business days 
Expedited: 2-5 business days

The rest of Canada:

Standard: 6-15 business days   
Expedited: 3-6 business days

USA:

Standard: 6-14 business days
Expedited: 3-10 business days

If you are looking to ship to a country outside of Canada and the US, please send a DM on Instagram (@madebymieuon) and I would be happy to discuss that possibility with you! Please note that the above estimations are not guarantees and do not account for unexpected weather delays, etc.

 

Returns + Exchanges

As a very small business, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to let us know! :)

 

Repairs 

We offer repairs on select items; depending on the nature of the damage and purchase date, a small fee may be incurred to cover the costs of the repair. Shipping costs for repairs will be additional, but local pickup is available at no cost. Please send a DM on Instagram (@madebymieuon) to inquire about a repair!

 

Gift Wrapping

We offer free gift-wrapping year-round! Leave us a note at checkout indicating the item(s) you would like gift-wrapped as well as the name of the recipient, and a short gift note message! We also offer a birthday notecard for $2 :-)

Please note that we typically package multiple items together to reduce packaging waste; if you require your pieces to be packaged separately for gifting, please be sure to indicate this at checkout! If you have forgotten to leave a note, please DM us on Instagram as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your request.

 

Lost Packages 

As with all types of shipping, there is a very small possibility that a package can get lost in the mail. If you experience issues receiving a tracked package, please let us know and we will get in contact with the shipping company directly. If you experience issues with an untracked package, please DM us on Instagram after 3 weeks from the shipping date and we will do our best to help. Please note that we are unable to locate untracked packages.

Please note that as a very small business, we are not able to replace lost untracked packages, or packages lost due to incorrect/incomplete mailing addresses. If we receive your lost package back in the mail, we will reach out to you via email regarding re-shipment.
